BEHIND THE BRAND

Ruutid is a streetwear sneaker store opening in Plano, TX. 

 

Not being from Texas, I spent many years searching for my own sense of community, often left feeling "out the loop".  Ruutid was born after feeling the need to connect to community more than ever after Covid struck.  At Ruutid, we want to belong to the communities we are in in an impactful way.  Provide a space where creatives, sneaker lovers, artists and our customers can support each other.

 

We'll specialize in exclusive and limited drops/pieces and art.  Our store brand offers high quality pieces priced to be inclusive.  Our branded inventory will release new colorways and designs quarterly.  So when it sells out, it sells out.  Subscribe to get updates on our location opening.

Jayna Jenee' is a native New Yorker who is passionate about kicks and art. Her interest in sneakers, clothing and art was curated by her experiences of exploring New York City and her family; her Aunt is an avid art collector, her sister; an interior designer and her late grandmother, a master seamstress. Combined with her mother's influence of community, faith, giving back and her father's love of business.

Ruutid explores all of those passions.
